A CAREFULLY PLANNED RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Having received your application, we’ll screen it against current vacancies, measuring your experience and qualifications against our minimum recruitment standards. If there are no suitable vacancies, we’ll keep your details on file for 6 months, but if you match a current vacancy, you’ll probably be invited to a Competency-Based Interview or Assesment Centre, before which we’ll give you a list of key competencies for the role. We’ll also ask you if we can carry out a full credit check, so we need to know your address(es) over the last 3 years.

The interview will vary depending upon the job – and certain roles (including managerial) may include Personality Profiling or Skills Testing. If you’re successful at the interview, you’ll be offered the job verbally, acceptance being subject to our receiving satisfactory references. On agreeing a start date, we’ll send you an Offer Letter and Contract of Employment, with a 6-month probationary period. If you’re unsuccessful at interview, don’t give up – you may be considered for another role. All direct applications will be acknowledged in writing or verbally.
