Working as part of the managed service team, you will be responsible for providing all aspects of financial support inclusive of:
- Managing a portfolio of accounts.
- Managing team of up to 3 Account Co-ordinators
- Ensuring timesheets are uploaded onto client website?s and managing the flow of approved timesheets, within strict deadlines via the payroll system, to the client.
- Controlling and reducing Aged debt levels.
- The extrapolation of information and production of detailed reports to Management, Executive and Directorial level.
- Management of queries from generation to conclusion
- Detailed reconciliation of client accounts
- Ad-hoc reporting duties on aged debt positions for clients via systems for use both internally and externally
- Ad-hoc financial analysis for operational management.
- Assisting the Manager as required.
- Allocation of cash and credits notes.
Use of Tempest and Great Plains an advantage.
Hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm with an extensive bonus based on KPI's.
