Accountant – Change ManagementBase salary to £48,000 + bonus + benefits

Our client, a global insurance group is looking for an Accountant to run the performance reporting of a change management programme as well as act as a finance business partner to their IT division. Essentially, this will be a project oriented role where you will develop performance management systems and processes; monitor the programme versus the business case / rolling forecasts; prepare Board papers and business cases; provide operational support to the annual budgeting cycle and much more.
The ideal applicant for this role will possess all of the following qualifications, skill sets and experience:
• Change management experience
• Newly qualified accountant
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience working in a large global organisation – preferably within the insurance market
• Strong project management / business partnering skills
