Description:
Jonathan Wren are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join the busy finance team of a well known company based in Welwyn Garden City on a temp-to-perm basis.You must be computer literate, a team player yet have the ability to work alone when required. You must have a hard-working, can-do attitude towards all challenges. With previous experience as an Accountants Assistant, all experience must be fully reflected in your CV.
The ideal candidate will be AAT qualified and have some post-qualification experience.
Key Tasks in the role will include:
• Assisting with the preparation of management and statutory accounts
• Maintaining the fixed asset register
• Month end journals and balance sheet reconciliations
• Getting involved with budgeting and forecasting
• Other ad-hoc duties
