Description:
The role requires a candidate who has had previous experience in an accounts assistant role for a minimum of two years. If candidates have used Sage as well this would be an advantage. Responsibilities of the role are likely to be:
- Processing Purchase invoices and maintaining the ledger
- Reconciling supplier statements and dealing with queries
- Credit control and sales ledger
- Reconciliations
- Processing the payroll using Sage Payroll
Candidates for this role need to be self motivated and enthusiastic and able to hit the ground running. They also need to be committed to the assignment and be prepared to consider the role on a permanent basis.
The client is a public sector organisation which was initially developed to provide Medical staff to the NHS and Private Sector but has since branched out very successfully into numerous other areas of the health care sector. Currently there is a requirement for a accounts assistant on a temporary to permanent basis in their Rochford office.
This is a great opportunity to gain some good experience in a reputable company with the potential for a permanent role.
