Description:
The role is an all round Accounts Assistant role and will involve the following duties:
- Sales Ledger duties - raising sales invoices
- Purchase Ledger duties
- Assisting with Credit Control
- Bank reconciliations
- Ad hoc duties as required
The ideal candidate will have experience in the above duties, and be very keen to progress and develop further skills.
Experience in the property sector is not essential, however experience in a similar sector would be beneficial.
The Company are medium sized property Company who have 20 employees, with a speciality in Commercial property development throughout the London area.
The finance team has a total of 5 members and the Company has an estimated turnover of 5 million.
The role itself is a 12 month Maternity contract initially, however there is the opportunity for it to go to a permanent role.
