Description:
Accounts Assistant required to work within a large accounts department, reporting to the accounts manager. Responsible for their own set of ledgers, the accounts assistant will be responsible for the processing of invoices both for the sales and purchase ledger, chasing up of debt and reconciling accounts. The accounts assistant will gain the advantage of progressing within the role, supporting further month end accounts.The accounts assistant will have previous, relevant accounts experience, ideally experienced in managing a sales and purchase ledger. The accounts assistant will be looking to develop and learn new skills, with a high motivation and drive to succeed in accounts. Understanding of full account reconciliations, good Excel skills, and the ability to work well in a team would all be essential.
