Accounts Assistant urgently required on a temporary to permanent basis to work in a small finance team assisting on all ledgers. The ideal Accounts Assistant must have extensive experience of working within finance. The Accounts Assistant will predominantly manage a Purchase Ledger, processing invoices, matching batching and coding invoices along with reconciling statements. Other duties will be processing bank reconciliations, assisting with sales ledger, manual cheques runs, BACS payments, cash allocation. The ideal Accounts Assistant will have enough experience to hit the ground running.The ideal Accounts Assistant will be available immediately available on a short notice period. An experienced Accounts Assistant who is confident, articulate and precise with their work is essential. Good systems skills of sage along with experience of excel is essential. You will be a down to earth and friendly Accounts Assistant who is able to work as part of a team. Someone who can manage their workload and work unsupervised is preferred although some training will be provided. This position is temporary to permanent so would suit those immediately available or on a short notice period.
