Accounts Assistant job in Salisbury.
An accounts office administration job has arisen at a company in Salisbury.  The role will be a blend of accounts and office administration/management.
The main purpose of the role will be to act as a key point of contact for for customers/suppliers and be the focal point for all accounts, sales administration and purchasing matters.
Key duties to include:
  • order processing
  • invoicing
  • returns for customer and suppliers
  • taking all incoming calls
  • liaising with Management
  • stock checks
Key skills to include:
 - you must be computer literate
 - you must be confident and willing
 - previous accounts experience is essential
 - you must be happy to work autonomously as will be often be based in the office by yourself
 - flexible and adaptable
 - Sage Line 50 experience is essential
