This is an exciting opportunity to join a great organisation in High Wycombe, as Accounts Receivable Executive, the successful candidate will be responsible for collecting all outstanding monies due to the company in a timely and professional manner, reducing bad debt risk and maximising profit. This will be done by:

  • Managing the information flow related to the processing of the customer credit exposure, release and control invoices and the correct and timely allocation of payments within the boundaries and controls established by the Credit & Accounts Receivable function.
  • Managing the information flow related to the processing of the Past Dues/listing fees processes, including the determination and settlement of payment due, under the direction of sales and financial management.
  • Ensuring the correct and timely allocation of payments (including deductions) within the    boundaries established by the Credit & Accounts Receivable function.
  • Managing past dues and the dunning process in liaison with the sales teams.
  • Maintain the customer master file and the price and trading term files as per the local policies.
    Contribute to DSO performance measurement and monitoring in support of the agreed strategies; ensure results are communicated in a prompt manner.

      Knowledge of SAP is desirable, but not essential.
