Job Profile:
This is a 3 month assignment to start as soon as possible. You will be responsible for assisting with the complete accounts receivable process for the company and helping to reduce the debtor days within the business.
This position reports to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor and will be based in Reading until the end of February and Bracknell from the start of March.

You will be responsible for:
  • Chasing debt by phone, email and letter.
  • Supporting the invoicing process as required.
  • Ad-hoc support of AR Supervisor is resolving customer queries.
  • Liaising with the commercial team and account managers internally to understand the clients that you are working with
  • Understanding the situation with the business and the service and the reasons for not paying ? handling the situation with assertiveness, but sensitivity



Skills:
  • Previous experience with in a Credit Control / Accounts Receivable Role
  • Computer literate (MS office / Excel)
  • Ability to work under pressure and ?hit the ground running? with minimal training
  • You should  have the ability to be able to prioritise and be organised and assist in other areas of the finance department when required
