Job Title: Analyst & Senior Analyst – Risk AnalyticsLocation: Leeds
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 + Bonus & Benefits Package
Responsibilities
• Development and review of statistical and business models, including scorecards, profitability, bad debt forecasting, and expected loss models for use in automated decisioning, pricing and to meet Basel regulatory requirements
• Responsible for the development and training of analyst.
• To ensure modelling methodology and procedures are documented to a high standard and meet model approval assessment criteria.
• To liase with business areas to enhance model building processes and communicate to peers, senior management and other Business areas where appropriate.
Candidate Profile
• Good mathematical / statistical degree or similar qualification in a numerate subject
• Excellent numeracy skills with an accurate and analytical approach
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work as part of a team and to deadlines with the minimum of supervision
• Good Knowledge of SAS
• Excellent PC skills - MS Office user
