The Company
Robert Half International is currently representing a large organisation in Hatfield who are looking to recruit a number of Arrears Collections Advisors to join their Credit Control team.The Role
Candidates with strong customer services background would suit.Good communication oral and written skills to achieve desired results. This includes good use of customer service and collection techniques.Good understanding of how debt recovery cycles and processes work and how they are applied.Reasonable IT skills to be able to use billing/accounting software packages as well as Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook. A familiarity of using workflow software would be advantageous.A good understanding of how payment methods work is required. Particularly relating to direct debits, credit/debit cards, instalment booklets and TVW payment cards.The jobholder is required to process returned and rejected direct debit and cheque payments and understand the processes required.A good understanding of the Department of Work & Pensions Water Direct payment scheme.A proactive approach to investigating missing payments and applying unallocated payments.Salary & Benefits
