Working within this large and profitable company you will be working within a team of 10 and will be ultimately responsible for your own caseload of clients. Duties include dealing with customers regarding payment arrangements, dealing with account queries, reconciling accounts with debt collection agencies and ensuring individual and team targets are achieved.The client will look at either an experience credit control or someone who has exceptional customer service skills and has the potential to be trained within credit control.
