Assistant Credit ManagerOur client is a large multinational organization who due to recent growth requires an Assistant Credit Manager.
Based:
Redhill
Salary:
£30,000 per annum.
As the successful Assistant Credit Manager you will be supervising a team of 6-8 people. You will be responsible for the collection of power ledger and key debt limiting risk to the company, by ensuring credit and the collecting policies and processes are implemented and observed.
Provide effective credit management service to the business.
Strategically adapt and focus the department in accordance with change in business demands
Other Key Accountabilities:
Identify and ensure visibility of any significant risk to company, by reporting, communication and workflow
Ensure robust systems, procedures are in continually tested to ensure that we are able to achieve targets and goals in line with company policies
Perform Audits on all debt and ensure that remedial action is taken to reduce delinquent debt.
Attend meetings with customers, external and internal. Travel where required to offsite meetings.
Ensures coordination of all credit decisions and collection strategies with commercial team.
Preparation of cash flow estimate, with month end variance analysis.
Monthly audit on SOX and SOP
Provide monthly report and present to board when credit manager not available
Assures achievement of performance metrics, Aged debt, disputes, spin reduction, unapplied cash and no remits.
