Assistant Manager (Collections)
£22,000 - £23,000 OTE £32,000

Our client, a leading financial services organisation is looking for a Assistant Collections Manager to join its expanding team.

Our client is looking for a successful senior collections agent who has a proven record with regards to aged debt. The ideal candidate will also be managing on a day to day basis 3+ Customer Account Managers in the office.

Collections and management experience is a must, followed by drive and determination to succeed.

You will need a flexible approach to this role, as it will involve field visits to customers and the need to work a few late nights per week in order to hit targets

For the right person our client is looking to pay a basic salary of £22,000 - £23,000 OTE up to £32,000, accompanied by a competitive pension scheme.
