Bank Reconciliation Manager required!Bank transactions are currently reconciled in Mumbai. Cash transactions are mainly represented by customer receipts ( DD, SO, Debit cards, Cheques ) and refunds to customers for overpayments. The intention is to integrate the activities in High Wycombe under one team with the on-site assistance of key members of the Mumbai team and to transfer ownership by the end of August. The successful applicant will be required to take a leading role in the development of the operating practices within Finance in response to the need to raise standards across the consolidated function
Main Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:
Management of bank reconciliation team, setting and monitoring of objectives.
Effective and seamless transition of bank reconciliation processes back to UK.
Bank reconciliation for 60 collections accounts
Robust review processes to ensure reconciling items cleared appropriately and quickly
Investigation and resolution of all un-reconciled items
Swift resolution of all queries from Customer Service and Servicing depts
Development of KPIs which provide leading and lagging indicators of performance
Simplify bank account structure
Support business growth through onboarding 3rd party owned books

Able to pick up servicing systems knowledge quickly.

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years in a Financial/Accounting background
