Robert Half Finance & Accounting is representing a leading professional services organisation in Manchester City Centre, who are currently looking to recruit a Billings Supervisor.The Role
As Billings Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of 5 billing clerks on a daily basis, both on site in Manchester and remotely in various offices across the UK. Your role will be to delegate work load, set KPIs and targets, conduct appraisals, disciplinaries and train and develop your team. You will need a proven track record in a billing environment, with a sound understanding of Work In Progress (WIP), and staff supervision skills. Anyone with experience within a solicitors, management consultancy, chartered surveyors or service industry would be at an advantage, however, this is not a prerequisite.
