Description:
We are urgently looking to recruit an experienced Business Analyst for a role based in Hampshire.The role will involve liaising closely with other departments within a large contact centre environment to monitor and interpret data/KPIs and report findings to director level management.
The successful candidate must have experience of working within a similar role. Previous knowledge of predictive diallers would be a distinct advantage.
