Our client a leading Bermudian based hedge fund is seeking a seasoned CFO to join their growing fund. The successful candidate will have experience of working for a small fund and also have experience of carrying out compliance and risk procedures.



The day to day duties are likely to include:

Financial oversight of management company and investment products

Risk management of investment products

Compliance on securities

Undertaking all internal accounting information

Providing help and advice on legal and structuring information

advice and assistance launching any new products





The successful candidate will likely adhere to the following criteria:



- Have strong experience of acting as a CFO for a hedge fund or similar

- Strong Buy side experience

- Have experience of compliance and risk issues for the fund

- Have buy side experience

- Be based in Bermuda or willing to relocate (relocation package offered)

- Extensive knowledge of investment products

- Exemplary communication skills

- Desire and ambition to grow within the firm
