A leading UK rail ticket retailer and information provider, offering fast and easy access to timetables, fares, reservations and tickets through our internet site and contact centres is seeking a E.phipany CRM Database Manager to join their team based in Aldgate in the City.
Role
To be the expert and support for the ongoing usage of the Marketing Database and E.piphany campaign management system. Responsible for the daily upkeep and running of the campaign management systems and supporting databases working closely with the IT department and end users/clients.
The Person
This role would suit an experienced database manager, who combines an excellent knowledge & experience of working with marketing databases with the client management skills needed to successfully manage both internal and external client requirements. With a database in the millions, great CRM tools (E.piphany, Business Objects and SQL) and stretching growth targets for the business, this is great opportunity with a leading online brand. Possessing an in-depth knowledge of campaign management systems in an e-commerce environment and a strong understanding of customer segmentation and the measurement of ROI of large scale marketing campaigns.
