This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and develop the credit services industry in the UK. The UK’s only national association for companies offering credit support services is looking to appoint a Chief Executive to lead the association in the next phase of its development.
The association provides essential support, information, guidance, education and expertise to over 300 member organisations, working with financial institutions, trade finance companies, utility companies, local authorities, educational establishments, health authorities, government agencies and a wide range of commercial and professional services businesses in the recovery of receivables.
The Role
• Work closely with the Board in development of policy and strategy, representing the interests and value of the sector and association members to Government, the media and the general public;
• Help create and directly deliver an appropriate range of highly valued services and products to members through leadership of a strongly performing team;
• Establish and maintain effective and influential relationships with members, regulators and external bodies, successfully and credibly interacting with all key stakeholders

• Commercially aware and financially astute, with a track record of successful business management;
• Strong track record of leadership and influencing in a dynamic environment, with demonstrable success in the implementation and development of a strongly performing enterprise;
• Passion for the industry and a commitment to upholding industry standards are pre-requisites.
