Description:

An award winning design and brand marketing organisation based in Clapham is looking to recruit a Client Billings Accountant to take complete responsibility  for the management of the Billings and  Work in Progress of the company's major client.

Specification:

Work In progress· 

- Organise and run monthly meetings with account teams to ensure client costs are billed promptly, and tightly controlled·
- Become an extra member of the client account teams by providing them with financial assistance and commercial guidance.·
- Ensure costs and income taken are booked in accordance with client agreements and internal policy· Billing & Debt Collection· 
- Review and authorisation of all sales invoicing ensuring their accuracy.·
- Prepare and issue monthly reports identifying variations between preestablished targets and actual results.
- Oversee the collection of all debts in conjunction with the client account teams and issue weekly status reports.
- Assist client teams with analysis to support invoicing.
- Issue intercompany billing and agree intercompany balances every quarter. 

Client Accountant

- Prepare the monthly client billing.
- Oversee the preparation of the media invoices by the company media biller.
- Ensure client status report is regularly updated, monitoring PO receipt and expenditure and issuing credit notes on a timely basis. 
- Prepare monthly billing and profitability reports analysed by department and client account teams·
- Handle client invoice queries
- Preparation for and attendance at monthly client finance status meeting

· General Accounting Duties·

- Euro bank reconciliations.
- Maintenance of sales and cost ledgers.
