Description:

Due to ongoing expansion a leading Financial Services company is looking to recruit a Collections Advisor to strengthen and compliment their existing collections team.

Key responsibilities will be to make a high volume of collection calls as well as receive inbound calls, chasing for payments and negotiating in order to ensure prompt payment received, resolving queries, responsible for a own portfolio of accounts, raise cheque requisitions, and report on bad debt to Collections Manager.

This is a fast paced environment, working to tight deadlines and meeting targets as set out individually, will suit a self motivated candidate that has gained a minimum of 6 months experience in a collections environment. You must have a good telephone manner, be a confident communicator with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
