Are you either an existing collections specialist or looking for a new way to use your negotiation skills?
A leading financial services company that specialises in personal loans are looking for an enthusiastic, target orientated individual to join their well established team in order to build relationships with their customers and assist with those who are experiencing problems with repaying their loans.
You will be dealing with new customers to the business and up selling financial add ons, as well as maintaining this relationship and being their main point of contact. With those who are having payment difficulties you will be required to negotiate payment plans and collect in outstanding payments.
You will be largely office based but must be a driver with your own car as you will be required to carry out home visits to your customers. You must be able to be flexible with regards to working hours to include some evenings and one Saturday morning each month in order to meet targets and achieve your maximum bonus!
If you have previous debt recovery, finance, sales or negotiation experience then that would be ideal, however other skills would also be considered if you are target orientated, hard working and looking to build a career within a large FTSE 250 company.
You will be rewarded for your hard work with a generous basic salary of £14,500 - £16,500 with a fantastic bonus scheme allowing you to earn 100% of your basic back as quarterly paid bonuses. This position would result in great career prospects, 25 days holiday and benefits package.
