An exciting opportunity has arisen to for a Collections Advisor to work for one of Newman Stones leading debt collection agencies based in Rochdale.Main Responsibilities:
* Ensuring that any overdue debt is collected in the most timely and efficient manner.
* Negotiating repayment plans
* Resolving queries in a timely and satisfactory manner.
* Making outbound calls
* Managing workloads and prioritising work to meet business targets
