Collections Branch Manager
Ilford

Our client, a leading financial services provider, is currently looking for a Collections Branch Manager with a proven track record of managing or leading a team. You will ideally come from a collections background within the finance sector.

You will be responsible for coaching, training and recruitment within the branch, looking after 6 - 10 staff and dealing with customer enquiries and complaints that are escalated to your level. You will be motivating your team to meet their branch collections targets.

In return our client will offer a basic salary of £27k with a 100% bonus scheme and excellent company benefits including company car, 25 days holiday, pension, life assurance and share save scheme.
