We are looking for a full time collections clerk to work in a large credit control department. The role will include taking inbound calls to advise customers on credit and make outbound calls to assess credit with customers, devise repayment plans and give advice on financial issues.We are looking for a candidate with excellent customer service experience, an assertive personality and good communication skills, full training will be given.The perfect candidate will have a proven track record of credit control positions and customer service experience. This role would would suit a candidate looking to further their credit control skills in a reputable company or a customer service agent looking to get into credit control.Salary & Benefits
