Description:
An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Collections Manager based in Hampshire.The role will involve supervising a team of collections agents within a contact centre environment ensuring all targets are achieved and maintaining the day to day operations.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of working within a similar role including knowledge of collections and managing a team. Previous experience of using a predictive dialler would be a distinct advantage.
