Description:
Due to expansion my client is seeking to recruit a collections supervisor, to oversee the collections of specific client accounts through a combination of personal involvement and the co-ordination of the activity of others.The successful candidate will be required to take a proactive and influential stance in ensuring designated accounts run smoothly, following agreed collection procedures, reporting in line with the SLA, and to handle communication with the client. To achieve individual and book collections targets.
The candidate will be responsible for implementing controls to ensuring the smooth and effective running of a client’s account, including the reporting of results to the Collections Manager and ensuring that all relevant data is accurately recorded.
To ensure that a positive, productive and supportive team spirit is maintained at all times, acting in a professional manner in keeping with my clients policies and principles.
