Key Functions

Based in the heart of London West End....

Responsible for the effective management of the nominated sector, they must motivate and lead their team of supervisor's and Co-ordinators

As part of a performance management team the Collections Manager must develop and facilitate best working practices for the smooth running of the department as a whole; challenge existing views and understanding of core processes and controls within the business

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

  • Conduct appraisal for supervisors
  • Sign off appraisal's
  • Create a training plan

MANAGEMENT REPORTING

  • Provide reports on collection performance/issues to the business
  • Create repor

    Based in the heart of London West End the successful collections Manager must have some or all of the following skills:

    • Established management skills
    • Experience of conducting appraisal's
    • Has an understanding of working with budgets
    • High level of computer literacy. Good working knowledge of word. Advanced excel spreadsheet analysis

    Based in the heart of London West End our client is a large music company. The company has been established for many years and significant growth recently has created the need for a Collections Manager to assist the accounting function.


    The successful Collection Manager can expect the following remuneration package:

    • £34000
    • 25 days holiday
