Description:
A role has become available for an experienced Collections Manager for an excellent opportunity based in the Midlands.The role will involve managing a team of collections advisors and team leaders within a busy contact centre.
You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining KPI's & SLA's, mentoring staff, dealing with high level call escalations and presenting to the board.
The successful candidate must have previous collections management and be able to confidently present at board level.
Previous predictive dialler experience would be a strong advantage.
