Collections Manager, Head of Collections, Targets, KPI'sNewman Stone's client is currently recruiting for a Collections Manager/Head of Collections in their Collections Company in the West Sussex area.
The successful candidate will have previous B2B background and preferably come from a Debt Collection Agency environment.
The company is undergoing an expansion programme and the right candidate will be in control of this expansion.
Previous People Management experience, hitting targets and driving the company forward is essential to the correct person.
