Description:
A national media giant is currently looking to employ an operations manager within their Manchester offices. Due to consistent growth, this company requires an experienced collections/operations manager to work on the implementation and management of an in-house collections agency to help facilitate the effective recovery of customer debt which has been written-off across the organisation. Along with your detailed knowledge of the collections industry you will hold an industry qualification or professional membership, you will also have strong leadership skills to look after this busy area and be well versed in process and system design and implementation.This is a nice meaty role for a collections manager that has acheieved all they can in their current role.
The Salary is £30,000 plus package.
