Our client, a leading financial services organisation is looking for a Collections Section Manager to join its expanding team.
Ideal candidates will come from a financial background with experience of working to targets and deadlines. Previous experience is not essential but collections or debt recovery experience would be a great bonus and able you to negotiate your starting salary.
Part of your day to day duties will be:
·Minimise settled accounts and achieve good levels of paid-up recovery
·Maximise weekly collections
·Apply agreed credit authorisation procedures
·Identify potential arrears
·Implement appropriate arrears management techniques and maximise
bad debt recovery
·To set targets, monitor performance and provide appropriate
feedback/support to team members
·Ensure effective security controls are in place, understood and
implemented.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8 - 5 pm, we ask that the candidate be available to work the last Saturday morning of the month if required.
In return our client offers an excellent package of £15 -£17K basic, with the potential to earn 100% of your basic with quarterly bonuses. Also 25 days holiday, pension, life assurance and share save scheme.
This role comes with a company car so you must have a full UK driving license
