Key Accountabilities
• To analyse portfolio trends as a function of collections activity.
• Segment delinquent portfolio by relevant risk bands, evaluate performance and propose changes when needed and to implement them in the decision system.
• Monitor and maintain existing strategies.
• Research alternatives to current lending criteria to optimize risk – reward equation through adequate limit assignment.
Candidate Specification
• Proficiency in using advanced SAS and SQL.
• 3 years of credit risk analytical and strategy development experience.
• A self-motivated team player able to define, structure and prioritize work for self, but who also has the flexibility and capability to change priorities when circumstances dictate
• Strong commercial orientation
