2 x Collections Strategy Analysts (SAS)
London
£30,000 - £40,000 + Bonus (25%), Pension, Healthcare, Shares + Flexible Benefits

The Role
• Maintain, Evaluate, Develop, Implement and Track/Monitor analytically robust credit risk high risk accounts management strategies to optimize (add value to) the UK cards portfolio performance.
• The primary focus being to add value through managing impairment down on high risk accounts.

Key Accountabilities

• To analyse portfolio trends as a function of collections activity.
• Segment delinquent portfolio by relevant risk bands, evaluate performance and propose changes when needed and to implement them in the decision system.
• Monitor and maintain existing strategies.
• Research alternatives to current lending criteria to optimize risk – reward equation through adequate limit assignment.


Candidate Specification

• Demonstrated proficiency in using advanced SAS and SQL.
• 3-5 years of credit risk analytical and strategy development experience.
• A self-motivated team player able to define, structure and prioritize work for self, but who also has the flexibility and capability to change priorities when circumstances dictate
• Strong commercial orientation
