Collections Team LeaderTop 100 law firm seeks a Team Leader to run its dedicated collections function, managing a team of 3 collectors working for blue chip clients, using telephone and letter collection techniques. There is scope for the right candidate to enhance and expand the role.
Key Accountabilities:
* Manage collectors to ensure maximum efficiency and financial
recovery
* Train and appraise team members
* Manage own workload of non-standard cases
* Ensure Service Level Agreements with clients are met
* Constantly review workflow procedures and propose process
improvements
Experience/Knowledge
* Minimum 3 years collections experience
* 1 year experience supervising a team
* Some understanding of consumer finance products an advantages
* Good understanding of case management systems and information
technology
