"This award winning debt purchaser is seeking experienced team leaders to join their in house collections team due to rapid expansion. Primarily responsible for motivating and developing a team of collectors you will be an inspirational leader with the ability to set and monitor targets to achieve and exceed operational objectives.You will have a passion for people and be a focussed and results driven individual. Ideally the successful candidate will come from a collections background, however strong supervisory skills is essential as you willbe responsible for a team of up to 12 FTE. The role will involve shift rotations and occassional saturday shifts."
