Description:

Based in London West End, the main objective for the collections team leader is to lead a team of 4 credit controllers to achieve their targets month on month adhering to sox procedures. be proactive and implement processes and controls where necessary to enhance collections. Perform regular reviews with each credit controller and set actions to resolve outstanding debts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of credit controllers to achieve their monthly collection and period debt targets set by senior Management
• Reduce the DSOs in line with company targets
• Ensure credit policy and sox procedures are adhered to at all times

People

• Lead by example and ensure the company's code of conduct is adhered
  

  The successful collections team leader will ideally have some or all of the following:

  • Large company background within a collection team leader role
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Intermediate excel is a must
  • Understanding of peoplesoft and Tempest is preferred but not essential
