A large nationwide finance company are currently recruiting a Collections and Recoveries Team Leader to join their expanding team. You will be:
· Managing a number of field based collectors, you will be monitoring their performance.
· Implementing new management strategies and training new members.
· You will be expected to lead by example and fill in for the collectors during periods of sickness or holiday
· Take charge when issues arise or get escalated to your level.
· You will be largely field based but reporting back to the office and branch manager on a daily basis.
· The role also involves you to think on your feet, problem solve and make decisions to benefit your team and the company.
We are looking for a target driven individual with the drive and determination to succeed within this position. Ideally you will come from a collections or strong sales background with experience of leading a team (although not essential). You must, however, have a full driving licence in order to undertake the field element of the role with the greatest efficiency.
In return, our client is offering an excellent package that includes, company car, 25 days holiday, pension scheme and share save scheme. Also included is a salary of Circa £15,000 with an excellent bonus structure, taking your on target earnings up to £30,000.
