Description:
An established financial services organization based in Liverpool is currently seeking for a Complaints Officer. You will be responsible for investigating all referred complaints from clients, with a particular emphasis on Investment and Pension business.You will also be working through the full complaints process cycle you will have previous experience in a complaints handling role and a detailed and thorough understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and industry issues in relation to complaint handling.
