Description:

One of the major financial services companies based in Merseyside is currently seeking for a Compliance Monitoring Manager to join their existing Compliance team. You will be reporting into the Compliance Manager and dealing with various financial services products, including insurance, credit and warranty products.

The main duties and responsibilities will include:
• Monitor and review the performance of insurance products, such as measuring performance against budget, monitoring trends, identifying those products which need replacement / modification, etc, in order to ensure products deliver the expected business benefits and revenues.
• Provide expert advice as required for existing, new and proposed insurance products in order to better inform the decision making and product development process.
• Ensure all Product content and fulfilment methods / processes are fully compliant
• Work closely with the compliance and legal teams to develop a fully compliant yet commercial application of the legislation and guidelines that exist.
To succeed in this role you will have knowledge of insurance products, FSA regulations, consumer credit act, data protection, treating customers fairly.
