Description:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Consumer Debt Collector to work in a team of 11, reporting to the Consumer Debt Team Leader.This is very much a "hands on" role, and is an exciting opportunity to earn a competitive salary and up to an additional £600 per month in target related bonuses.
There is a strong team ethic, and various themed incentive schemes to encourage performance and teamwork.
Duties include;
- Managing incoming calls
- Processing payments
- Calling delinquent accounts and chasing payment
- Resolving queries on accounts and liaising with outside agencies
Skills required:
Candidates must have proven Consumer Debt Collection experience and a clear confident telephone manner.
Full systems training will be provided.
