Our large Andover client are now seeking to recruit a Credit Control Administrator to join their busy credit control team for a period of 9 months. The ideal candidate should have an administration background and some exposure in a finance environment. The role will start ASAP. This is a great opportunity for a candidate wishing to progress with a career in Credit Control.
Brief Overview of the Role
 

·         Chasing debt via telephone, using Sap ?Call List?.
·         Logging and resolving queries via our?QMS?.
·         Running Dunning Letters using chasing cycle.
·         Responsibility for chasing your own Accounts/Ledger ? at end user level
·         Preparing excel spreadsheets
·         Receiving incoming calls.
·         Running credit control reports.
·         Refund requests.
·         Releasing held orders - Hourly
·         Printing & sending out copy invoices ? When Required
·         Raising credit & debit notes.
·         Cover for other administrators.
·         Cash allocation ? When needed
·         Reconciliation of accounts
