The Credit Control Department requires an Accounts Administrator - Romford £17,000+
The job entails daily banking of all cheques and BACS payments received.  Contacting customer?s, by letter and telephone, resolving any queries, sending copies of documents requested. Working to meet the target of our monthly targets.
 
Duties will include:-

  • Daily banking
  • Issuing manual invoices where required
  • Responding to and resolving correspondence/queries
  • Problem solving
  • Liaising with other Departments
  • Willingness to learn extra duties if required
 You will need to be highly motivated, reliable and have good organisational skills. An excellent telephone manner is required along with the ability to work well under pressure within the Team.
 
Although this is a busy Department it is a necessity to have a good sense of humour!
