Description:

The Credit Control Team Leader will be:

  • Chasing overdue payments via phone/fax/email.
  • Resolving customer queries in agreed time scales.
  • Applying appropriate service restriction to accounts-due in the event of non payment.
  • Ensure correct escalation process is followed when passing accounts on to the Legal Team.
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure procedures are operating to maximum efficiency.
  • Working with IT to resolve system and development issues.
  • Manage Staff debt ledger.
  • Review High Roller reports to minimise exposure.
  • Oversee team of Credit Controllers and ensure all processes and procedures are correctly followed.

    • A strong background in Credit Control
    • Excellent man management and interpersonal skills.
    • Previous Supervisory or Team Leader duties are advantageous.
    • An understanding of the communications sector.

    My client is a well established Communications company with a large credit control function based in the North Manchester area and they are seeking a Team Leader to look after their existing team.
