Description:
Main responsibilities of role are:•Collection of outstanding debts on the designated portion of the ledger working to collection targets as designated by the credit manager
•Reconciliation of accounts.
•Maintenance & resolution of queries
•Proactive dispute management.
•Liaison with other parts of the business including Customer Services & Sales.
•Ongoing reviews with Team Leaders and managers regarding call management.
•Maintenance of personal appraisal objectives and performance log.
•Ad-Hoc duties as requested by the manager.
My client needs you to be a team player and be able to meet deadlines. They are a social and friendly bunch and work in a team/family way. There is on site car parking, discounted canteen and set hours to work. (no shifts!)
