Description:
- Contact customers regularly following up on overdue accounts & maintaining records of action taken.
- Investigate credit held orders on the system and release orders accordingly.
- Ensuring credit limits remain agreed with customer terms.
- Examining price & item queries & making sure they are dealt with immediately.
- Ensuring invoices are sent out daily.
- Opening of new accounts.
- Ideally a background in credit control.
- Have a clear understanding of the invoice process and cash allocation.
- Assertive telephone technique & negotiating skills.
- Strong keyboard skills.
- Ability to work targets .
- Ability to plan & organise your own workload.
