Description:
Duties of the role will include:
- Telephone calls and deal with any queries
- Sending accurate statements and other documents as required for debt chasing activity
- Providing high quality support to the credit manager in administration, cash allocation, incoming query resolution and simple debt management issues
- Perform other credit control related activities and projects as required.
The ideal candidate will have worked within a credit control environment with strong communication skills.
